Replacement Policy

If you need to replace your order due to a damaged or faulty item, I'm here to help.  Adrift Again offers free replacements within 30 days of purchase if your item arrives damaged or faulty.  Please send a photo of the damaged /faulty item to replacement@adriftagain.com and upon approval, within one month, a replacement item will be shipped.  If, for some reason, the replacement item is damaged or faulty, please submit a photo of the replacement item to replacement@adriftagain.com and a full refund will be issued.

Please note that all Adrift Again products are unique and produced only once when ordered.  This means that returns are not supported if a wrong size, color, or you simply changed your mind occurs.  However, a replacement item will be provided in the event of your item being received in a damaged or faulty state.

Shipping Information

Your item shipping cost and shipping upgrades available (if any offered) will be displayed before your final checkout.  Shipping cost may include tax and it is automatically applied were applicable. 

Please be sure to be careful when inputting your delivery address.  Adrift Again will not be responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses.

Orders typically take 1 -2 weeks for delivery and if you choose "shipping notification via email" you will be automatically updated during shipping.

Privacy Policy

Adrift Again will never sell any of your information, ever.  I will not share it, sell it, or use it in any way other than for your exact purchase or in the event of replacement needs.
